Due to an extension in the review process of the publisher, all submitted papers will receive their acceptance notifications on or after October 9, 2024. Please disregard any acceptance notifications received prior to this date, as they are now invalid. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to ensure a thorough and high-quality review.

Submission Guideline：

1.  Plagiarism is strongly prohibited and papers that have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere will not be considered.

2.  It is required that the manuscript follows the publishing standard format (single column). Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with an email address.

3.  Please write according to the requirements and format of the conference paper. For the manuscript template, please refer to submission template. 

4.  The paper must print clearly and legibly, including all the figures, tables, equations in a standard way.

5.  Submitted papers should be written in the English language, with a minimum length of 4 Printed pages, including all the figures, references, and appendices. One regular registration covers 6 Pages. Extra pages (Begin at Page 7) charge at 50 USD/ 300 RMB per page.

6.  All accepted papers must designate at least an author to be present at the conference.

Editorial Policy：

1.  Please submit your full paper via the email address: aaiaconf@163.com

2.  Please be sure to mark "Full paper+TEL" in the subject line of your email.

3.  The paper must be an original, first-time published scientific research achievement, and the content should conform to the scope of the call for papers.

4.  Papers will be reviewed by the conference committee. For manuscripts that have passed the review, the editorial department will notify the authors by email according to the review results.

5.  The review results will be sent to the contributing authors by email within 1-2 weeks after the editorial department receives the submission. After review, accepted papers will be collected in conference proceedings and submitted to some important databases for indexation.
