1. Related documents with detailed payment method information will be sent to you after acceptance of your submissions. Kindly input the paper ID when making the payment.
2. Once the registration is done, please send the required documents: final version of the paper; completed registration form; proof of payment to the conference editor: aaiaconf@163.com. Only registered papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
Refunds Policy
If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* Before the conference: 70% of payment refund
* After submission deadline but before the conference: 50% of the payment refund
* After conference: no refund will be provided.
Cancellation and refund requests must be made formally by email.
Please note that the organizing committee reserves the right to modify the dates and location of the conference in the case of force majeure. In such circumstances, any losses incurred due to force majeure events will not be the liability of the organizing committee, and the refund policy will not be applicable.
